The products sold on www.studioarch.com are sold directly by Studioarch.com Srl, registered in the Company Registry of Rome, Fiscal code and VAT number 09879461003, with legal offices in Rome, via Salaria 110.
To stipulate a sales contract for one or more products on www.studioarch.com, the user shall complete the electronic order form following the website’s procedure.
The order form contains a summary of the information on the characteristics of each product ordered and the relevant price, payment methods the user can choose from to buy each product and the ways in which the acquired products are delivered.
The contract is deemed stipulated upon payment of the order to Studioarch.com srl, once the relevant data has been verified.
The order form will be filed in our database until the product has been delivered or for such a period as lawfully required.
Should the products presented on www.studioarch.com not be available or for sale when the order form is sent, Studioarch.com shall inform the user within thirty (30) days from the day after the user has sent the order form to Studioarch.com. Should the user have already paid for the unavailable product, Studioarch.com will reimburse the user of such an amount.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Once the electronic order form has been sent , the user has unconditionally accepted and untertaken to observe the terms and conditions with Studioarch.com srl.
Once the electronic order form has been sent, the user confirms that he is aware of and accepts the Terms and Conditions and of the further information contained on the www.studioarch.com website, including the Privacy Policy.
Once the contract has been stipulated, Studioarch.com srl shall transmit a receipt of the order to the user via email, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form.
Right and ways to withdraw from contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated with Studioarch.com within 10 business days from product delivery without any penalty and/or reason. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract the client shall send comunication via registered mail to the company expressing the client’s will to return the product. Such communication may also be sent via fax and email if the client confirms via registered mail within the following 48 hours.
Should the contract regard the acquisition of several products, the right to withdraw from the contract may also be exercised for single products.
Should the client exercise his right to withdraw from the contract, he shall be responsible for returning the products at his own costs by sending it to the vendor within 30 days of the relevant notification. All products must be sent to Studioarch.com Srl’s address.
For the product to be deemed properly returned, the products should be sent to the abovementioned address in their normal state of conservation. The product must be sent in its original package, adequately sealed with the relevant product label. Products that have already been used and/or damaged, even if caused by inadequate packaging and/or transport, shall not be deemed properly returned.
The costs of transport of the returned product shall be in any case born by the buyer, except for in cases in which the product is returned for reasons that are directly caused by the vendor, for example if the products have production defects or in case there are errors in delivery.
Shipments charged to the receiver shall not be accepted. It is not possible to exchange the article or the articles in the order form with others. Shipment of products returned in different ways from the abovementioned ones will not be accepted. It is not possible to return products charged to the receiver after withdrawal from contract.
Once the returned product has reached its destination, Studioarch.com will verify the legitimacy of the returned product and, once the procedures have been verified, it will send the user an email confirmation. The paid amounts will be reimbursed with the same method in which they were paid. Reimbursement is normally completed within two bank statements.
Guarantees and indication of product prices
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the www.studioarch.com website in the relevant product description. However, the images and colors of the products for sale on the www.studioarch.com website may be altered compared to the real products as an effect of the Internet browser or the monitor.
Should Studioarch.com srl exercise its right to withdraw from the contract, it has the right to not accept the return of products in the absence of their relevant label or if their qualitative characteristics have been altered or if they have been damaged or in any case used.
The specific ways in which the product is shipped and delivered are indicated in the relevant section of the website, and the user undertakes to integrally accept them when the order form is sent.
