The Client receives the delivery reference number via email. This number will allow the Client to track the delivery on the UPS website.

Studioarch.com Boutique Piquadro has particularly convenient special rates with UPS; This is why delivery costs are much lower than the official ones on the UPS website. The exact cost of each delivery will be calculated in real time as soon as the Client inserts his/her chosen delivery address.

For general reference on delivery costs, however, bear in mind that delivery in Italy of a bag or briefcase weighing about 3 kilos costs about 12 Euros.

If there are promotions on delivery costs, (eg. “free delivery for orders worth at least 100 Euros”) Studioarch.com will proceed with delivery using any service of its choice (generally UPS Standard or the “Pacco Celere” service of Poste Italiane). Even in these cases, should the Client need a particular delivery time, you can select the paid UPS service of your choice.

The Client can also choose to collect the product personally at the Piquadro Boutique in Via Salaria 110 in Rome. This is obviously a free service. In this case the client needs to present a copy of the order confirmation received via email and ID. If the person collecting the article is acting on behalf of the Client, he/she will also have to present a written proxy signed by the Client (with a copy of the Client’s ID attached).
