The Story of a Successful Brand

Piquadro The company was founded in 1987, based on an idea by Marco Palmieri, an engineering student who, at just 22 years old, started his own business manufacturing leather goods for third parties. In just over 10 years, he launched the production of his own brand of travel leather goods and professional accessories, such as the iconic “Piquadro” backpacks, “Piquadro” suitcases, planners, and laptop bags, making Piquadro a brand synonymous with innovation and design, famous throughout the world.

Since 2004, Piquadro has been expanding internationally, opening stores on the most exclusive shopping streets in the world’s major cities, including Moscow, Barcelona, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, the United Arab Emirates, Paris, London, and New York.

The Concept - "Engineered for Business"
