Shipping - Methods, Times, and Costs
Studioarch.com places the highest priority on the quality of customer service and is committed to processing shipments as quickly as possible. Specifically, shipments are processed by the next business day following the day the order was placed.
The express carriers we use are global leaders in reliability and on-time service. For shipments within Italy, delivery generally occurs within 24 hours of shipment.
Once the shipment is processed, the tracking number is sent to the customer via email. The tracking number allows the customer to track the shipment on the courier’s website.
The customer will receive a shipment notification and may arrange a delivery date and time window with the courier and/or, if necessary, reschedule the delivery location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on Studioarch for orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs €4.90; for orders under €50, shipping costs €7.90.
30-Day Return Policy: Procedures and Timelines
You may return your item for any reason, provided the following conditions are met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be shipped within 14 days of submitting the return request.
- Products must be in their original condition, with all security tags attached.
- The packaging must ensure safe transport to keep the product intact throughout all stages of shipping.
Return shipping costs for refunds processed via the original payment method are €7.99, which will be deducted from the order total. Any cash-on-delivery fees and shipping costs for orders under €100 are excluded from the refund.

For purchases made from November 1 through December 31, Studioarch.com offers its customers a free extension of the return period until January 31 of the following year.
Order Refund
The order refund will be processed via the original payment method and will be issued no later than 7 days after the returned merchandise is received at our warehouses. If you selected cash on delivery as your payment method, you must provide a bank account number to receive the refund.
